Chroma Globe Syringe Filters

Chroma Globe syringe filters are effective at removing particulates in samples prior to HPLC analysis. Available in a wide choice of membrane type, diameters, and pore sizes to suit all application needs. Use with Chroma Globe disposable syringes.
Membrane types available are:
Nylon – wide application use including mechanically demanding alkaline samples, biological samples, and both aqueous and organic solvents
PTFE – hydrophobic membrane especially suited to organic solvents, and can even been used for strongly oxidising gases
Cellulose Acetate – suitable for biological samples and has low adsorption, and partially organic solvents
PES – Particularly suitable for biological samples and shows low adsorption
Regenerated Cellulose - suitable for biological samples and has low adsorption, and partially organic solvents
Features
- Ultrasonic welded HPLC syringe filters with high-quality polypropylene housings for sample volumes from 1 mL to 100 mL
- An improved welding technique ensures a significantly increased pressure resistance of the PP housings of up to 7 bar
- Filters are labelled with the respective membrane type and pore size for easy identification
- The Luer Lock inlet (female) ensures easy and safe installation of the filter on the syringe
- Available in diameters of 15 mm, 25 mm, and 30 mm
- Pore sizes 0.2 µm or 0.45 µm
- On request with pre-filter and/or as sterile version
