Thermo Scientific HyperSep Verify CX SPE features both non-polar and ionic separation chemistries for improved sample preparation in the analysis of drugs of abuse. Verify CX is a mixed-mode material based on two functional groups bonded to the silica base: a reversed phase C8 group and a strong cation exchanger. They are used in screening for wide range of drug compounds in biological matrices, including basic and neutral compounds.
