Agilent diatomaceous earth Chem Elut SLE products use a broad-performance, inert diatomaceous earth sorbent for rapid, general sample preparation. Chem Elut and Tox Elut are economical SLE choices, available in buffered and unbuffered configurations.

- Useful for performing SLE without emulsion formation
- Makes SLE more reproducible and automatable
- Robotic liquid handling systems can be easily adapted to dispense samples quickly into SLE plates, positioned on top of deep-well collection plates
- Combilute contains 200 mg of Hydromatrix, combined with a pierceable sealing mat
- VersaPlates (fully assembled, or tubes-only) allow a more customized workflow approach: use what you need and save the rest for other analyses
- If VersaPlate tubes-only is ordered, the base plate is also needed if you would like to create your own 96-well plate
- All Agilent SLE products are hygroscopic and should be stored in a dry, humidity-controlled environment
