Zetarose Protein A Elevate is a high-performance affinity resin from emp BIOTECH designed for immunoglobulin protein purification. Based on highly cross-linked 100 µm agarose beads immobilised with NaOH-tolerant recombinant Protein A ligands, it is engineered for robust and repeated purification cycles. With a dynamic binding capacity of over 30 mg hIgG/mL, Protein A Elevate resin offers exceptional performance with minimal loss in antibody binding capacity with standard cleaning-in-place.
