HALO® Semi-prep Columns from Advanced Materials Technology

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
The HALO® 5 µm and HALO® 2.7 µm columns are available in semi-prep scale with 10 mm ID. These columns feature a porous silica layer (0.5 µm or 0.6 µm) which is ‘fused’ onto a solid silica particle (1.7 µm or 3.4 µm). The resulting columns provide faster separations and higher sample throughput, without compromising column efficiency, ruggedness and reliability.
Available phases include AQ-C18, C8, C18, C30, Phenyl-Hexyl, Biphenyl, PFP, ES-CN, HILIC and Penta-HILIC.
Features
- Easy scale-up from analytical to semi-preparative scale with HALO phases
- Use to maintain selectivity of the analytical phase in your semi-prep separations
- Typical applications include preparing a larger amount of sample solution to identify substances by another separation technique such as MS, purifying target substances more effectively such as drugs and natural extracts
