HELIX Amaze HA mixed-mode HPLC columns contain a polymeric ligand with strong hydrogen acceptor groups as well as basic functionality. They can be used in normal phase, HILIC, or anion exchange modes, depending on the mobile phase composition. The columns retain compounds by a combination of anion exchange and hydrogen bonding mechanisms and offer alternative selectivity to classic reversed phase and HILIC columns. The Amaze HD columns are fully compatible with all organic solvents and 100% aqueous mobile phases for flexible method development.
