HELIX Amaze TR mixed-mode HPLC columns contain reversed phase, weak cation exchange, and weak anion exchange functionalities on ultra-pure spherical silica gel. The novel tri-modal columns are manufactured with C18 carbon chains, and acidic and basic groups on the surface. The columns are fully compatible with both 100% aqueous mobile phase and 100% organic mobile phases for flexible method development. High ligand density provides high capacity for the separation of neutral, acidic, and basic compound mixtures in one method.
