Coresep SB from HELIX is a bi-modal HPLC column with reversed-phase and strong anion-exchange properties based on core-shell particles. Designed to retain and separate hydrophobic basic, hydrophobic neutral, hydrophilic acidic, hydrophilic acidic small and medium sized molecules. Typical applications include the separation of basic, analysis of basic hydrophobic drugs and acidic counter-ions in one run, and separation of ionisable structural isomers.
