HELIX Heritage MC HPLC columns are specifically designed for pharmacopoeia methods requiring L85 columns. Heritage MC columns are reversed phase cation-exchange columns based on regular high purity silica gel. It has C18 carbon chains with weak acidic functionality (pH 3.8 – 4.0). Acidic, basic, zwitterionic, and neutral compounds are separated on reversed phase/cation-exchange mechanisms.
