The ePrep® ONE is a fully automated chromatography sample preparation workstation designed to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency across laboratory workflows while reducing costs and environmental impact. It operates independently from analytical instrumentation, allowing samples to be prepared in autosampler racks and transferred seamlessly once complete, simplifying laboratory processes. The system includes a comprehensive suite of pre-programmed functions: sample aliquoting; addition of diluents and reagents; addition of surrogate and internal standards; serial dispensing; making up to volume; serial dilution; syringe mixing; liquid transfers; magnetic stirring; solid phase extraction (SPE) and microSPE; and liquid–liquid extraction.

ePrep syringes are designed to deliver exceptional precision, reliability and adaptability in automated chromatography sample preparation workflows. Each syringe features unique RFID identification, enabling automatic detection and seamless alignment with workflow parameters to minimise errors and ensure full traceability. Fully integrated with ePrep’s software and XCHANGE® tool change technology, the syringes can be automatically exchanged during workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Compatible with a wide range of solvents and challenging sample types, ePrep syringes offer a robust, flexible solution for the demands of modern analytical laboratories.

ePrep accessories provide a versatile range of tools to configure the ePrep® ONE for specific sample preparation requirements. With automatic recognition via RFID and proximity sensors, each component integrates seamlessly into workflows, minimising errors and ensuring reliable operation. The range includes deck adapter plates for common sample and autosampler racks, supported by dedicated software profiles for straightforward setup and vial identification. Supporting tasks such as dilution, aliquoting and standard addition, alongside techniques including filtration, vortexing, SPE, and liquid–liquid extraction, these accessories enable rapid configuration and efficient, fully automated workflows.

µSPEed® microSPE Cartridges are designed to transform sample preparation workflows when used with the ePrep® ONE, delivering improved efficiency, precision and reproducibility. Capable of achieving concentration factors of up to 1000:1 within minutes, they support high-resolution trap-and-elute workflows without the need for solvent blowdown. The use of small particle sorbents enables exceptionally clean preparation of even complex samples, while controlled loading and elution ensure consistent, highly reproducible results. With reduced solvent consumption and lower operational costs, µSPEed cartridges offer an efficient and more sustainable solution for modern analytical laboratories.
