GL Sciences
GL Sciences, founded in Japan in 1968, is a leading supplier of SPE, HPLC, and GC columns and related consumables. Their Inertsil and InertSustainHPLC columns, InertCap GC columns, and InertSep SPE products are renowned globally for their reliable performance.
GL Sciences manufactures its HPLC columns entirely in-house, beginning with the synthesis of base silica gels and bonding phases, which are then packed into columns and subjected to rigorous quality control. A wide range of column configurations is available, including analytical, preparative, and capillary formats.

GL SCIENCES PRODUCT RANGES
Inertsil HPLC columns are widely used in pharmacopeial methods for their reliable performance, high inertness, and versatile range of bonded phases, making them suitable for both reversed and normal phase separations.
The InertSustain HPLC column range is designed for high durability and ultra-inertness, supporting stable performance across a wide pH range. Ideal for both reversed phase and HILIC separations, these columns offer enhanced selectivity and are well-suited for demanding analytical applications.
The InertCap GC column range by GL Sciences offers high inertness and ultra-low bleed, ensuring accurate analysis for various applications. It includes columns tailored for general-purpose use, as well as specific applications such as pesticide, amine, and aquatic compound analysis.
InertSep SPE products come with either polymer-based sorbents, offering wide pH compatibility, or silica-based sorbents, which are more cost-effective and durable. Available in various sizes and formats - cartridges, luer devices, and 96-well plates - these columns support all SPE methods, including gravity, vacuum, positive pressure, and centrifugal systems.
