SiELC Primesep D is a mixed-mode HPLC column specifically designed for direct plasma analysis, featuring basic ion-pairing groups embedded into long ligand chains. It retains hydrophobic and acidic components, while excluding high-molecular weight plasma components. Primesep D has a working pH range of 1.5 to 4 and offers mobile phase compatibility with low UV detection, LC-MS, and preparative chromatography.
