SiELC Primesep S2 is a silica based, acidic HPLC column with hydrophilic properties. It separates basic compounds using a cation-exchange mechanism and separates basic and neutral polar compounds through a HILIC mechanism. The mobile phases can be tailored for various applications, such as LC-MS and preparative chromatography, and also optimised for low UV detection.
