SiELC Primesep SB HPLC Columns

SiELC Primesep SB is a reverse-phase HPLC column with embedded strongly basic ion-pairing groups. It contains a C18 carbon chain and basic quaternary amine groups. Primesep SB columns provide enhanced retention of acidic compounds through an anion-exchange mechanism, separates hydrophobic basic molecules using a combination of ion-exclusion and reversed phase mechanisms, and retains neutral compounds by a reversed phase mechanism. The columns are available in all standard dimensions, with both fully porous particles and 2.7 µm solid-core particles.
