Silicycle SiliaPrep Amine SPE is a weak anion exchanger (WAX) sorbent used instead of SAX for strong anions (acidic molecules pKa < 3) to avoid irreversible retention. This sorbent is utilized in different applications such as the separation of peptides, drugs and metabolites from physiological fluids, poly- and monosaccharides and structural isomers. It can also be employed as a metal scavenger and in normal phase conditions. Available in either endcapped or non-endcapped versions.
