Silicycle SiliaSep OT Flash Cartridges

SiliaSep OT Flash Cartridges are mainly used with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE equipment. These cartridges are also directly compatible with FlashMaster™ systems.
SiliaSep OT flash cartridges are available in bed weights ranging from 5 – 70 g and volumes of either 70 or 150 mL. Choose from a wide variety of media including reversed and normal phases, ion-exchange phases, speciality phases, and metal scavengers to suit all purification applications.
Reversed-phase cartridges include silica-based C18, C8, and polymeric based DVB and HLB. Normal phase cartridges include Cyano, Diol, Florisil, and Silica phases.
Ion-exchange cartridges are selected according to the pKa of your analyte. Choose from silica-based SAX and SAX-2 for weakly acidic molecules, Amine (WAX) for strongly acidic molecules, SCX and SCX-2 for weakly basic molecules, and WCX for strongly basic compounds. Polymeric ion-exchange phases include SAX and WAX for acidic compounds and SCX and WCX for basic compounds.
Speciality phases include CleanENV, Fluorochrom, and Carbonate. Metal scavengers include Cysteine, Diamine, DMT, TAAcOH, TAAcONa, Thiol, Thiourea, Imidazole, and Triamine to remove specific impurities from your sample.
