Thermo Scientific Acclaim 120 C8 HPLC columns are high performance reversed phase columns with intermediate hydrophobic retention. The columns feature a densely bonded monolayer of octyldimethylsiloxane on a highly pure, spherical fully porous silica substrate with 120 Å pore size. Acclaim 120 C8 provide selectivity that is similar to the Acclaim 120 C18 columns with a predictable elution order but less retention. Compounds elute faster with excellent efficiency yielding quicker separation methods.
