Thermo Scientific Acclaim Trinity P2 HPLC columns are an innovative, mixed-mode column technology providing HILIC, anion-exchange, and cation-exchange functionalities for flexible method development. Mixed-Mode combinations allow the chromatographic conditions to be easily modified to optimise selectivity by adjusting either mobile phase ionic strength, pH and/or organic solvent concentration. The Acclaim Trinity P2 columns are designed to separate pharmaceutical counterions, including monovalent and divalent cations or anions.
