Agilent SUPREMA Aqueous SEC Columns

Agilent SUPREMA columns offer an optimal solution for aqueous SEC analysis of both neutral and anionic polymers, with typical applications including PEO, PEG, pullulan, dextran, polyacrylamide, hyaluronic acid, polyacrylic acid, and carboxymethyl cellulose. These columns, based on acrylate copolymer, come in three particle sizes (3, 5, and 10 μm), with various porosities ranging from 30 to 30,000 Å and options for linear/mixed-bed configurations, to address application requirements across a molecular weight range of 100 to 30,000,000 Da. Additionally, SUPREMA columns meet USP L25, L37, L38, and L39 designations, show high tolerance to high buffer concentrations, temperatures up to 80°C, organic solvents (up to 100% methanol or acetonitrile), and pH range of 2 to 12.
