MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
All of our service plans (Comprehensive, Standard, PM Only and On-Demand) come with full access to our team of application chemists and service engineers. If our core range of service plans do not meet your specific requirements, we are able to offer fully bespoke plans which flex with your requirements.
We also offer a laboratory equipment relocation service. We will benchmark, decommission, package, transport, reinstall and re-benchmark your instrumentation, taking care of all aspects of the instrumentation relocation and logistics.

COMPLIANCE SERVICES
We offer a full suite of laboratory compliance services, including instrument and software qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ and PV), to support our customer’s quality management and accreditation needs, such as ISO17025, GLP, GMP and more.
Compliance services are performed by our manufacturer trained and certified service engineers, using externally calibrated measurement equipment.
