Agilent CP-Sil 8 CB GC Columns

Agilent J&W CP-Sil 8 CB is a general purpose phase that incorporates 5% phenyl groups in the dimethylpolysiloxane polymer, giving it slightly higher polarity than CP-Sil 5 CB. This delivers better selectivity for aromatic compounds and makes it the best choice for method development. Equivalent to USP G27 and G36, it shows excellent column-to-column reproducibility and very high column efficiencies.

This phase is also available in UltiMetal material: CP-Sil 8 CB UltiMetal (recommended for working in rugged environments with process or portable instruments).
