SiELC Legacy L3 HPLC columns are single-mode, normal phase columns that contain porous silica, without any ligands or additional chemistry attached to the surface. The Legacy L3 column meets the USP qualifications for the L3 designation, which is defined as a column packed with porous silica microparticles 1.5 to 10 μm in diameter (with no additional surface chemistry).
