SiELC Promix MP columns are designed for the analysis of medium-sized proteins and peptides ranging from 1 to 10 kDa. This mixed-mode analytical column features negatively charged acidic ion-pairing groups embedded within lengthy ligand chains.
Promix MP is suitable for the analysis of medium size hydrophobic peptides. Typical applications include protein digests and results show increases in peak capacity of the digest by 30-50%. This column offers alternative selectivity if compared with simple reversed phase columns. Pairs of peptides that have been typically difficult to separate, can be resolved on this stationary phase.
