The TSKgel PW series encompasses hydrophilic, rigid, spherical porous methacrylate beads designed specifically for aqueous size exclusion chromatography (SEC). This series is adept at the separation of water-soluble organic polymers, polysaccharides, DNA, and RNA. The PW series is characterised by its wide pH stability range (2 to 12) and compatibility with up to 50% polar organic solvents. The columns come in a variety of pore sizes, accommodating a broad spectrum of molecular weights up to 2 x 10^7 Da for linear polymers, and are based on a hydrophilic polymethacrylate matrix.
