Advion-Interchim puriFlash 5.030
The puriFlash 5.030 from Advion-Interchim Scientific is a high-performance flash chromatography system designed for Ultra Performance Flash Purification (UPFP). With a flow rate capacity of up to 300 mL/min, it supports a broad range of column formats (F0004 to F0800), enabling fast, efficient separations across various compound classes. Pairing with 15 µm columns allows higher flow rates with minimal efficiency loss, significantly reducing purification time.
Automation is central to the system's design. Integrated features include RFID column recognition, solvent level monitoring, and leak detection, enhancing both safety and reproducibility. The optional 4-way injection valve and dry-load kit further streamline workflow by enabling automated solid-phase injections and sample preparation during equilibration.
Detection is robust, with triple-mode UV, ELS, and mass detection ensuring accurate compound identification. The ClearPeak software continuously monitors system performance and incorporates an AI assistant (Genius) to suggest purification methods based on TLC input—transferable via smartphone. The system is operable via a 15″ touchscreen and supports remote monitoring, offering flexibility and control.
Compact and efficient, the puriFlash 5.030 does not require placement in a fume hood when used with the optional enclosure, making it ideal for space-conscious laboratories requiring reliable, automated purification.
