Agilent Poroshell Aq-C18 HPLC columns are designed for enhanced retention of polar molecules and can withstand 100% aqueous conditions without phase collapse. The columns are manufactured with a proprietary endcapped surface and controlled ligand bonding density on a 2.7 µm superficially porous particle. This technology provides comparable speed and resolution to sub-2 μm totally porous particle columns with 50% less backpressure. InfinityLab Poroshell 120 Aq-C18 provides the perfect balance between retention and throughput and is a robust new phase for method development of polar and non-polar compounds together.
