Advion-Interchim puriFlash 535-XL

The puriFlash 535-XL is a high-throughput flash purification system engineered for kilo-lab and process development environments requiring consistent performance and scalability. It is designed for the semi-continuous purification of compounds at the hundred-gram scale and offers significant throughput improvements over the puriFlash XS 520 Plus, while maintaining a similar footprint and user interface.

Key system features include a chemically resistant pump delivering flow rates up to 400 mL/min at a maximum operating pressure of 35 bar. This performance enables the use of high-efficiency stationary phases with particle sizes down to 10 µm (normal phase) and 15 µm (reverse phase), facilitating improved resolution, higher sample loading, and enhanced purity in collected fractions.

The system supports a wide array of column formats – including Flash (F0012 to F3000), DAC (Dynamic Axial Compression), and Preparative LC columns – allowing it to accommodate a range of compound types and batch sizes. Application areas include purification of small molecules, natural products, cannabinoids, peptides, and oligonucleotides.

Additional integrated components include a 15″ touchscreen interface with ClearPeak and Genius software for system control and data handling, UV detection, automated fraction collection, and solvent management features. These support ease of operation and reproducibility in demanding workflows.
