Advion-Interchim puriFlash XS 530
The puriFlash XS 530 is a compact, semi-preparative flash chromatography system designed for high-throughput laboratories. With a flow rate of 300 mL/min and maximum pressure of 30 bar, it supports both flash and reverse-phase separations using columns from 20 to 30 mm ID, down to 10 μm particle size – enabling high-resolution, time-efficient purifications.
Engineered for efficiency, the system reduces solvent use through Ultra Performance Flash Purification (UPFP), supporting greener workflows and faster evaporation. Its UV detector operates across 200–400 nm with high sensitivity (1 mAU), enabling reliable detection of low-concentration or weakly absorbing compounds, with recovery rates exceeding 95%.
The XS 530 features a 15-inch touchscreen with ClearPeak Genius software for intuitive method setup, TLC/HPLC-based method generation, and remote monitoring. Built-in fume containment allows safe benchtop use outside traditional hoods. Compact yet robust, the system is ideal for continuous, unattended operation in demanding lab environments.
