HPLC FOR BIOMOLECULES
1 DAY COURSE
Comprehensive training covering the use of HPLC in support of the analysis of biomolecules
This intensive one day course provides an extensive overview of the use of HPLC in the analytical support of biomolecular proteins, particularly monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
We provide a foundation in understanding proteins and an introduction on how they are produced using biotechnology. We then look at specific HPLC techniques used in the analysis of amino acids, peptides, intact and subunit proteins. This includes size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, reversed phase chromatography, HILIC and HIC.
It is of particular use to delegates from a small molecule analytical background looking to apply their experience to the analysis of biomolecules.
Note this training does not cover LC-MS
