AQUEOUS SEC COLUMNS FOR PROTEINS
TSKgel aqueous SEC columns are designed to provide reliable and precise separation performance for protein analysis. The UP-SW series offers a choice of pore sizes for small to large molecular weight biopharmaceuticals. For monoclonal antibody work, the Super mAb delivers exceptional resolution and throughput – ideal for analysing monomers, fragments and higher-order aggregates. The SW series combines high sample capacity with semi-prep dimensions, and a 600 mm length option for maximum resolution. The SWXL series is the most widely used and versatile range of columns, well-suited for a broad spectrum of protein sizes and applications. For sample-limited applications, the SuperSW provides enhanced sensitivity, efficiency and reduced solvent consumption.
AQUEOUS SEC COLUMNS FOR POLYMERS
For polymer applications, Tosoh provides the TSKgel PW, PWxl, PWxl-CP and SuperMultiporePW series. The PW columns, with larger particle sizes, are ideal when analysis time is less critical or sample mass is ample. The PWxl range offers higher efficiency, shorter analysis times and a variety of mixed-bed and speciality options. The PWxl-CP variant is tailored for improved recovery and separation of cationic polymers. For exceptional linearity, the SuperMultiporePW columns feature unique multi-pore particles, enabling a wide separation range.
GPC COLUMNS FOR POLAR ORGANIC-SOLUBLE POLYMERS
The TSKgel Alpha series delivers stability in both 100% aqueous and 100% organic solvents, with mixed-bed options available for scouting. For high-efficiency, high-speed analysis, the TSKgel SuperAW series offers smaller dimensions, also with mixed-bed configurations for maximum flexibility.
GPC COLUMNS FOR ORGANIC-SOLUBLE POLYMERS
Tosoh’s organic-soluble GPC range offers solutions for a wide variety of applications. The TSKgel Hxl series provides conventional polymer analysis with ultra-low polymer adsorption in a limited solvent range, while the SuperHZ range delivers high-throughput analysis under the same conditions. The Hhr and SuperH series expand solvent compatibility, with the latter optimised for high throughput. For elevated temperature applications, the HT Series supports analysis up to 140 °C, and the HT2 Series extends this to 220 °C. The SuperMultiporeHZ columns offer ultra-high performance, low dead volume, and broad pore distribution for superior linearity.
POLYMER STANDARDS
Tosoh supplies high-quality polystyrene and polyethylene oxide standards, available individually or in convenient kits. For simplified preparation, the PStQuick kit contains selected TSKgel Standard Polystyrenes matched to various column grades – simply add solvent for immediate use.
