They pioneered mixed-mode HPLC separation with column lines such as Primesep, Obelisc, SHARC, BIST, and Newcrom, which combine reversed-phase, ion-exchange, and HILIC selectivity to separate ionic and hydrophobic analytes in a single run, eliminating the need for column switching and ion-pairing. Manufactured in the USA, SiELC columns undergo rigorous Quality Control testing at multiple production stages to ensure reproducible performance, long lifespan, and optimised separations through easy adjustment of mobile phase conditions.


SiELC HPLC COLUMN RANGES

BIST HPLC columns provide a unique solution for difficult separations, utilising proprietary surface chemistry for enhanced selectivity, resolution, and sensitivity, with strong retention of analytes sharing the same charge polarity as the stationary phase.

The Cannsep range is an application specific line of reversed phase columns designed to retain and separate most of the compounds responsible for the physiological effects of cannabis.

The Legacy range of columns provide reliable results ideal for use with published United States Pharmacopeia (USP) methods.

The Newcrom range consists of reversed phase mixed-mode columns (Newcrom A, AH, B, and BH) with positive or negative ion-pairing groups on either short or long ligand chains, while the Newcrom R1 offers specialised reversed phase separation with low silanol activity.
